SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition. Please select your shipping preference at checkout which include UPS Ground, UPS Standard, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping: All orders above $100 except 30 x 40" prints
Flat rate shipping of $7 for all products 
Flat rate shipping of $15 on 30 x 40" size art prints

Please note that shipping takes typically 5-10 business days depending on whether an item is in stock. If any changes to your shipping need to be made after your order is processed then please contact me at trisha@niyaviidesign.com. 

Niyavii Design is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted on a routine basis unless the product arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent. You have 1 week after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact me at trisha@niyaviidesign.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label with instructions will be sent to you

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
